Great things along the way

One of the MANY wonderful things about Rodan and Fields is the TRUE positive encouragement from everyone involved.  Everyone here BELIEVES in the products, the business model and the company.  Because you joined the team, they instantly believe it, support and encourage you to reach your own goals.  

When I started in May, my goals were simple - I wanted to earn back my original investment.  With that done, now I want to constantly pay for my families health insurance (since we are now small business owners, health insurance is on us - and its not cheap!)

With my promotion to EC, I received this note from the Doctors and a simple pretty piece of 'bling'  

I also recently received an awards check from my sponsor - real $$

However one of the things I earned that I truly treasure the most  was how Shannon, my sister-in-law welcomed and announced me to her Team.  I remember how scared I was, I remember not being sure of what I would do with Rodan and Fields and I will NEVER forget her instant and unconditional encouragement and support.  I get her support as well as the support of MANY team members EVERY DAY.    

I have been waiting to make this announcement since the day I started my business over a year ago!! She was on my "dream list" and one of the very first that I contacted in February of 2013!!! And today, I am beyond THRILLED and EXCITED to welcome Sara Carlson Leadbetter, my sister in law to my personal team!!!! Sara is a powerhouse of a woman - an Army Veteran, Chemical Engineer by degree, New Home Builder Project Manager by trade, who has lived all over the world and is 

now a very busy stay at home mom to her three adorable boys (aren't my nephews cute???)!!! She is in LOVE with the products, and sees what this business can do for her personally, and for her family!!! I am so happy to be able to give this gift to Sara and share this journey of BETTERING our lives!!! Please join me in welcoming her to Team BetterLife!!!
