Great things along the way

One of the MANY wonderful things about Rodan and Fields is the TRUE positive encouragement from everyone involved.  Everyone here BELIEVES in the products, the business model and the company.  Because you joined the team, they instantly believe it, support and encourage you to reach your own goals.  

When I started in May, my goals were simple - I wanted to earn back my original investment.  With that done, now I want to constantly pay for my families health insurance (since we are now small business owners, health insurance is on us - and its not cheap!)

With my promotion to EC, I received this note from the Doctors and a simple pretty piece of 'bling'

However one of the things I earned that I truly treasure the most  was how Shannon, my sister-in-law welcomed and announced me to her Team.  I remember how scared I was, I remember not being sure of what I would do with Rodan and Fields and I will NEVER forget her instant and unconditional encouragement and support.  I get her support as well as the support of MANY team members EVERY DAY.    

I have been waiting to make this announcement since the day I started my business over a year ago!! She was on my "dream list" and one of the very first that I contacted in February of 2013!!! And today, I am beyond THRILLED and EXCITED to welcome Sara Carlson Leadbetter, my sister in law to my personal team!!!! Sara is a powerhouse of a woman - an Army Veteran, Chemical Engineer by degree, New Home Builder Project Manager by trade, who has lived all over the world and is 

now a very busy stay at home mom to her three adorable boys (aren't my nephews cute???)!!! People love this company and WILL to be apart of it for many different reasons.

The man in this photo is the VP of Citibank. He is among the newest R+F Consultants. He heard the business plan, the growth trends, the brand name, and he INSTANTLY knew coming on board was a smart financial decision. What does he know that I haven't told YOU?? Nothing. Sunday Night Opportunity calls

Every Sunday night our top leaders put together an amazing opportunity call.  You can call in live on Sunday's or listen to the replay anytime during the week - its especially wonderful to listen to it in the car while commuting to that wonderful job on Monday morning =)!  Think of me in my Pjs =!

The one thing I constantly take away from these calls is the positive energy.  Its how we should live every day - so lets start surrounding ourselves with it.

Its amazing how many seflies you can take in hopes of getting 'the right one'  So here it is - I never would have truly felt comfortable doing this a year ago.  What do I use - honestly I use the Redfine face wash morning and night - in the morning I follow it with Soothe 2,3 and at night I follow it with Redfine toner and night cream.  I also love the weekly Macro E (even used it on my arms last night)

I did it - at least that is how I will remember today.  The day I got my website.

I found myself cleaning out underneath my bathroom sink.  

EVERY CRAPPY 1/2 used skin care product was going OUT THE DOOR. 

 The only stuff I needed was in the medicine cabinet and it FEELS AWESOME!
